Co-workers getting message that my shared link states that the files are deleted

I created a folder with .jpg files for friends to view.  I shared the folder with each person with a link to the folder.  However on the friends' computer, they are seeing "deleted" when they go to view the images.  I looked back , and the folder contains all of the images.
