Excel files don't open on my phone even if when I allow access.

Excel files don't open on my phone even if when I allow access.

Recently, after I open my excel file from Dropbox, it prompts me to "Microsoft Office Integration would like to access to the files and folders in your Dropbox".  I Key "Allow".  But it does not open the excel file.  Please advise.

Hey @Lung - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser and let me know how it goes?

Thanks!

Hey @Lung, does this happen with all of your Excel files, or some specific ones?

When did this start happening?

Hey @Lung, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Excel/Office app on your device, to see if that helps?

Hey @acpaintingnm - sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried reinstalling the apps on your device since you first noticed this issue?

Just tried reinstalling, but it remains the same - it prompts me to "Microsoft Office Integration would like to access to the files and folders in your Dropbox".  I Key "Allow".  But it does not open the excel file.

Hey @Lung, there's another user on a similar thread that used this workaround and it worked for them.

Can you try and let us know if it helps?
