Dropbox link not working in Notion - "content not found" error (mac OS)

Hi all, 

notion cannot read dropbox links. how can I solve this problem? I can see my notion account and dropbox account is linked.  below is the answer to the notion. I have tried those but it still does not work. I use notion desktop app in mac os. 

The issue might be due to a broken link or permissions. Here are some steps to fix this:

1. Ensure the link is correct. You can do this by copying the link and pasting it into a new browser tab. If the content does not load, the link might be broken.

2. Check the sharing settings on the Dropbox file. If the file is not set to be shared publicly or with the right people, it will not load in Notion.

3. Try generating a new share link in Dropbox and replace the old link in Notion with the new one.

If the problem persists, it might be a technical issue with Notion or Dropbox. In that case, you could try reaching out to their customer support for assistance.

If you paste the link for the file in to an incognito window does it work?

Hey @svsthd, sorry to hear that you're having an issue.

I'm afraid that if the link works in Dropbox and browsers/incognito windows not connected to a Dropbox account, this is probably an issue more on Notion's end.

Have you tried reaching out to their support team?
