I was billed twice for my drobox yearly subscription. This is my first upgrade. Two Did any one faced the same?

Was the upgrade for the same amount of money or differing numbers? Do you see two payments on this page on your account?
According to your bank statement, were you charged twice?

hello, yes it is the same amount and within the same timeframe. a ticket was raised for the same.
