Weekly notification e-mails: wacky times – you too?

I thought I got the mails for "Activity in shared folders (weekly digest)" on a strange time because of time-zones (mine is GMT+1).

But it's worse!

Does this happen to all of you?

It seems the timing is kind of sort of about 1 week, but it … varies:

(to be precise, these are received times, haven't checked header,
but I can't imagine only the 'transport-time' varying this wildly)
